Write to that address and say which device you have. You will get the complete corresponding source for the exact version running on it, at no charge. This offer is good for three years from the day your device shipped.

Running your own version

1It ships locked on purpose

The tablet arrives in kiosk mode so it behaves like one device that does one thing, instead of an Android tablet with an app on it.

2You can unlock it

The lock is not permanent and it is your right to remove it. Ask and you will get the steps to return it to a standard Android tablet and install your own build.
