About the software.

Still rough. Bugs, weirdness, things I haven't found yet. I'm improving it for everyone who owns one. If "glitchy first version" sounds frustrating, wait for batch 2 or 3.

About the price.

About $400 is parts and shipping. The other $199 covers my time and fixes. One person, small batches. What it actually costs.

Refunds.

Refund anytime before shipping. 30 days after arrival, any reason. Something breaks later? Write me. I'll make it right.

A few things to be clear about.

  • Not growing fast. Not looking for an acquirer.
  • If the price goes up, parts did. I'll show you.
  • Any data I collect, I'll tell you and ask first.
  • You bought a device, not a subscription. It's yours.
  • If I stop being proud of what I'm shipping, I'll stop.
